Donations
One of the ways we fulfill this commitment is through our donation program. WildVeld donates 70% of our gross profits to rural communities in Namibia. These communities utilize these funds to deploy community-based game guards and anti-poaching teams, crucial elements in protecting Namibia's rich wildlife resources. Additionally, we extend our support to several nonprofit organizations that are tirelessly dedicated to wildlife conservation efforts in Namibia.
Import Process
Our commitment to ethical practices extends to the harvesting of materials. WildVeld products are ethically sourced from sustainable wildlife populations, strictly adhering to Namibia’s wildlife conservation laws. Our meticulous export process ensures that each product is properly licensed and legally compliant for export to the US. Upon arrival, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service agents meticulously inspect each shipment to ensure full compliance with US importation laws, guaranteeing that our customers receive products of exceptional quality and legality.
Continual Funding
The creation of commercial value from once discarded hides lies as a core aspect of WildVeld’s sustainability model. By transforming these materials into luxurious leather goods, we create impactful employment for local artisans and generate revenue that directly supports community-based conservation efforts. This circular model provides ongoing funding for partner organizations working to protect Namibia’s natural resources—including the Sustainable Wildlife Trust, Save the Rhino Trust, the Game Products Trust Fund, and IRDNC.
